Born on October 9, 1980 in Fazilka. At six, family moved to Abohar. Matriculated at Divine Light Public School with 81%, national merit list: 100 in Maths, 99 in Sanskrit, 98 in English.
Pursued BA in English via Panjab University, while enrolling at NIIT. By 18, was teaching at a computer centre. Later transferred to Chandigarh for advanced IT training and college.
Mentored by Prof. D.K. Chatterjee, shifted after 12 years of IT industry work into academia. Now Assistant Professor of English at Dev Samaj College for Women, Chandigarh.
Research spans NEP 2020, digital pedagogy, Punjabiyat. His poetry embeds QR codes that link to audio recitations — a pioneering blend of print and technology.
